Zuni artist Evette Nashboo has has hand crafted this beautiful Frog Pot. Evette Nashboo used the symbol on the two frogs coiling around the top of the pot. The frog symbolizes water and rain, he asks the spirits to bring abundant rain. Frog is also the fertility fetish. Women often keep a frog fetish by their bed when hoping to become pregnant. Frogs and tadpoles represent to cycle of life.
This pot was traditionally hand crafted by Evette Nashboo and her Hallmark is displayed on the bottom of the pot.
